Twitter has begun to roll out a new search service that makes every tweet in its archive searchable.
Previously all but the most recent tweets were not searchable via Twitter, although other services were available. However now, Twitter has committed itself to facilitating the search process.
In its blog, Twitter announced it had focused on developing a simple, scalable and cost effective search interface.
