The 'badges' provide an at a glance visualisation of the online conversations taking place about a book, or about chapters in a book.
The badges can be embedded on content hosting platforms. By simply clicking on the badges users will be able to see a collated record of online mentions about the content from a variety of sources, including blogs, reference manager tools or social media.
The Badges technology works with ISBNs and DOIs and will provide valuable insights, and opportunities for social engagement and discussion, for authors and publishers as well as readers.
